FinTech as a Service Technology
Summarisk is a FAAST solution optimized in cloud and on-premise, both DaaS and SaaS. Its integrated structure makes it easy to exchange data with depositary banks and pre-existing IT systems, integrating data with information from certified providers. The daily quality checks filter the input to the proprietary statistical model (PFB, based on the filtered Monte Carlo method) which carries out market risk simulations of individual securities on a weekly or daily basis. Summarisk calculates, at a customisable rate, ex-ante risk measures and ex-post performance indicators and contributions for mutual funds, asset management and their benchmarks. Customized reports, extracts and analyses as a final result of the process, support the work of management and are easily accessible through a web interface.
Invenix supports the AIF's Executive Board in the investor profiling and acquisition pipeline, with an integrated and dedicated CRM system; the FAAST solution collects and historicizes subscribers’ information and their related, integrating with the needs of the other types of users involved. The software's integrated anti-money laundering and adequacy calculation and profiling process helps the CLO and the Asset Firm comply with regulatory requirements. Invenix simplifies the process of underwriting and closing an alternative investment fund, allowing management to execute capital calls, distributions, closings, and other transactions based on portfolio needs. The flagship of the software is the calculation of the periodic position of the AIFs with the estimated NAV of the fund at the end of the period, starting from the transactions received from the target funds. A user-oriented panel allows to carry out, according to a professional work area, the required activities up to communication with the subscriber, made specific and secure through various communication methods, reserved area, e-mail sending or integration with third-party software.
RealRisk enlightens and aggregates the business plan, contracts, ageing and performance simulations of real estate indices (regional and sectoral) for each property AIF. The FAAST solution implements stress test scenarios on the fund's market, credit and liquidity data, individually and in aggregate. The web interface allows the CRO and its team to perform additional stresses, following the needs of the moment. Real Risk offers a quantitative measure of the risk of the individual AIF using the methodology that has the IRR indicator at its base, with the analysis of the percentage differences between the IRR of the business plan and the IRR deriving from the applied stresses. Management downloads a presentation, which can be integrated with their comments and generated with a click, which collects results, investment limits and analyses for the investment committee.

We co-design FinTech solutions with our clients for any type of Asset Firm issue that can be solved with technology. Together with all the business areas involved, we analyse the problem that hinders operations, from a technical, modelling and implementation point of view, and we propose an overall digitalization of the inherent processes by offering one or more sketches of solutions. Together we build the necessary financial and/or statistical models and define the flows that simplify the solution. We engineer the technologies, suggest the hardware, integrate the calculations and automate the processes – step by step following the various changes proposed by the customer or suggested by us. We fix bugs until the platform is fully efficient, gradually releasing (through agreed SoPs) already stable and usable software modules into protected test environments and assist the customer in fine tuning, initial data migration and offer present and efficient annual support. Co-designing with us brings many advantages, including economic ones in the long term because FAAST makes complexities simple by delivering answers to Why? How? What?
